  • 24 ounces chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces Fiber One cereal, Crunchy Original
  • 8 ounces dried fruit, coarsely chopped (such as cranberries, apricots, candied ginger)
  • 4 ounces nuts (I like pepitas) or 4 ounces seeds, coursely chopped (I like pepitas)

directions

  • melt chocolate chips in a large bowl over simmering water.
  • when chips are melted, stir in cereal, dried fruit and nuts.
  • drop by the tablespoon onto wax paper.
  • leave until set.
