Hazelnut Chocolate Bourbon Balls (No Bake)

"Plan ahead the balls need to chill for a minimum or 24 hours to develop flavors, don't even think about serving them before the specified time, they will have less flavor. Rum can be used in place of the bourbon. Make certain to crush the vanilla wafers to very fine. Chilling time is cooking time"

  1. Made as directed with one change. I like the taste of hazelnuts (filberts where I am from) so I added a tablespoon of hazelnut liquor to the mix. My mixture was a tad dry so I also added some extra bourbon. They were a hit. And they do need the whole 24 hours for the flavor to develop. Thanks Kitten for another keeper.

  2. I used rum for these, everyone couln't stop themselves from eating them, way too good, a great Christmas treat! thank you!
