  • In a bowl, place the cooking oats, dried fruit and chopped hazelnuts. Mix well together.
  • Pour the honey into a saucepan. Add the vegetable oil, peanut butter and vanilla essence. Gently bring to the boil.
  • Pour the heated honey mixture into the oat, fruit and nut mixture. Stir well together.
  • Place the mixture in a baking tray lined with foil and pat it down so it forms big muesli bar.
  • Cook in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes, or until the top has a nicely golden brown colour.
  • Take the tray out and let it cool. Once it has cooled, place the large muesli slice in the fridge for approximately an hour to let it set.
  • Once the large muesli slab has set, take a sharp knife and slice it into the required muesli bar slices.
