"These are delicious! You can use any fat-free yogurt/fruit combination. I added chopped kiwi to a batch and even sliced kiwi to the bottom of some and it was an amazing new flavor!"

  • Combine the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until blended.
  • Heat a nonstick skilled over medium heat.
  • Add about 1/4 cup batter per pancake, cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
  • *Add diced kiwi to batter or add slices when you first make a pancake, prior to flip.
