  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Spray a 9 x 13 glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Combine first five ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour filling into prepared baking dish.
  • Mix together remaining dry ingredients.
  • In a separate bowl, combine remaining wet topping ingredients.
  • Slowly fold wet ingredients into dry.
  • Pour topping over filling.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
