- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1⁄4 cup white sugar
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 banana
- 1 cup white flour
- 1⁄2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 90 g soy protein powder
- 1⁄4 cup ground flax seeds
- 2 1⁄4 cups oatmeal
directions
- Mix wet ingredients and sugar, then add dry, except oatmeal. Add oatmeal last. Spoon onto baking sheet. Bake at 350 degree F for 10 minutes.
