- 1 cup Kashi Golean cereal
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1⁄2 cup raw carrot
- 1⁄2 cup fresh spinach
- 1⁄2 cup broccoli floret
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 12 ounces skim milk
directions
- put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
