Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the dry ingredients: whole oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the wet ingredients: brown sugar, maple syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract and molasses. Beat for 1-2 minutes or until well combined. Slowly add in the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined. Add in the chocolate chips, dried fruit and nuts.
  4. Roll into 1" sized balls. Place 2" apart on the parchment lined baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
