  • Fill a large bowl with oats and chopped apple.
  • Cover with water and stir.
  • Place in microwave and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add cinnamon, milk and sugar substitute
  • Return to microwave for another 1-2 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, vanilla and sugar substitute
  • Remove oatmeal from microwave and top with yogurt.
