- 4 eggs
- 2 bananas
- 8 ounces baby carrots
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 cup quick oats
- 1 1⁄2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1⁄4 ounces walnuts
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2⁄3 cup sugar
directions
- mix the wet ingredients in a blender.
- mix the dry ingredients by hand.
- now miz the wet and dry ingredients BY HAND.
- bake at 375 F for 75 minutes.
