  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix together bananas, egg, sugar, apple sauce and protein shake.
  • Mix in dry ingredients
  • Stir in walnuts and dates.
  • Pour batter into greased 8x4 loaf pan
  • Bake loaf for 50 minutes.
