- 2 1⁄4 cups flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2⁄3 cup banana chips, chopped
- 2⁄3 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
directions
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder,and salt. Set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
- Stir in the vanilla.
- Add the flour mixture in two increments.
- By hand, stir in the banana chips, chocolate chips, and walnuts.
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper and drop by tablespoonful.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 7-8 minutes, until barely golden on top and bottom. Cool.
