  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a small bowl, mix flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt and ground flaxseeds. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix: egg, oil, oats and honey and/or maple syrup.
  • Gradually add the flour to the egg mixture, alternating with the milk.
  • Add the mashed bananas.
  • Pour into greased muffin tin. Bake for 20 minutes (let stand 2 minutes).
