  • In a large skillet brown the meat with the onion, bell pepper and celery.
  • Drain off the fat.
  • Add hot water and milk to the meat in the skillet.
  • Mix the seasoning in a ziploc bag.
  • Add the macaroni to the skillet.
  • Add the seasonings to the skillet.
  • Bring to a boil, cover and simmer on low for 12 - 20 minutes, until the macaroni is tender.
  • When the noodles are tender, add the cheese, stir and cover for a minute or two until the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from heat and let stand until it is to the sauciness/thickness you prefer.
