Healthy Blackberry and Banana Smoothie

"This is a recipe that I developed after discovering that my mother had some unused blackberries in the freezer. We think that it tastes delicious, and I hope you think so too! This recipe is an excellent way to squeeze in some calcium in the morning."

I am 22 years old, and recent grad from Marquette University. I have accomplished something that I have always wanted to do, which is become more healthy. I have recently lost fifty pounds, and intend to keep it off too. Please feel free to message me for tips and ideas! My hobbies are many and varied, but I love to sing, read, get down, hang out with friends, and most of all, I LOVE to experiment in the kitchen. It is one of the funnest things to do ever! My favorite cookbooks are the Joy of Cooking, since they tell you how to do everything in that book, and the American Heart Association Cookbook, 7th Edition since they tell you how to "health out" your favorite recipes. They also have some pretty awesome dishes in the book, for not a lot of calories. Just make sure to watch your portion size! :D Aspiration: I want to go to medical school and become a pediatrician. I want to be able to go to Africa and serve the people there, and to help out those in need here. Eventually I want to have my own private practice.
