ingredients
- 1 (20 ounce) box brownie mix
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 2⁄3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1⁄4 cup egg substitute (equal to one egg)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- cooking spray
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and spray baking pan.
- Put brownie mix in a medium sized bowl.
- Add water, applesauce, egg substitute, and baking soda.
- Mix well and pour into greased pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes for a 9x13 pan, or 30 minutes for a 9x9 pan.
- Optional: top with chocolate cool whip or dust with icing sugar!
