Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 small apples, cored and cut into wedges
  • 4 carrots, sliced (or shredded)
  • 1 medium beet, cut into wedges (1 cup)

Directions

  1. Wash and scrub fruits and vegetables very well.
  2. Blend the apple first, then alternate the carrots and the beet.
  3. Serve chilled or over ice and enjoy!.
