Healthy Cheese Sandwich

"Low-fat light breakfas.Only 200Kcal When its done, take out and serve immediately, or else it wont be nice. Why baguette? Because it has a tinge of saltiness that blends well with the cheese. Dun use toaster, it only drys up the entire bread. Microwaving it in paper keeps in the moist inside while the skin of the baguette will remain crispy."

  1. Had a little difficulty understanding the directions in this recipe, but here's what I deciphered ~ I cut a medium-size baguette in half horizontally then used several pre-packaged slices of Kraft light cheese, layering some of the cheese on the bottom slice INSIDE the crust line! Then I topped that layer of cheese with slices of tomato, before topping that with another layer of cheese! Next came a layer of cucumber slices, then another layer of cheese! The sandwich was completed when topped with the upper part of the baguette! I wrapped the sandwich in brown paper & sealed it by folding it over & tucking it underneath, then microwaved it as directed! I ended up with a very nice, simple cheese sandwich! {Tagged, made & reviewed in Zaar Chef Alphabet Soup cooking game]
