  • Warm gelatin and water over low heat until dissolved.
  • Blend milk, cottage cheese, dry milk, and sugar in blender; adding dissolved gelatin while blender is running.
  • Add lemon juice and blend thoroughly.
  • Pour into crust and chill until set.
