  • Coat a hot skillet with cooking spray.
  • Cut the chicken breast into 1 inches pieces and add to the pan.
  • Cook until chicken pieces turn white.
  • Add all the vegetables and stir continually until cooked through.
  • Add schzewan sauce and stir to coat chicken and vegetables.
  • Serve over brown rice.
