  • preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • mix together first four ingredients til well blended and creamy.
  • mix in egg white and vanilla.
  • next, add in dry ingedients and mix very well.
  • refrigerate dough for at least 1 hour.
  • carefully shape into 1 inch balls.
  • bake for 8 minutes on parchment lined baking sheet (or until set).
  • cool 1 minute on pan and 5 minutes on rack.
