Healthy Delicious Pizza Dough

"This pizza dough recipe came from my nutritionist. You can use white flour, whole wheat flour or spelt (my favorite). It makes two 12" pizzas with a good crust. If you use whole wheat or spelt flour use slightly more."

directions

  • Mix all of the ingredients together well.
  • Let it sit for 5-10 minutes as a dough ball. Let it sit longer if you like a thicker crust as it will rise a bit.
  • If you want to make 2 pizzas (great for families) cut it in half and stretch it or roll it out into two round shapes to fit into your pan. Otherwise just stretch and roll it out to fit your pan.
  • Cook in a 450 degree oven for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and top with your favorite toppings.
  • Place back into the 450 degree oven for another 10 minutes or until the pizza is done!

  1. I used honey as suggested and followed the recipe to the letter. The crust was VERY dry (my husband said it well - it sucked the moisture out of your mouth) and had no flavour. Very disappointed and will not be making this recipe again.
