  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl, stir together flour, sweetener, baking soda and baking powder (and cinnamon sugar, if desired).
  • 2. Add applesauce, egg whites and vanilla. Stir well.
  • 3. Drop generous tablespoonfuls of dough onto greased cookie sheet. (Optional: sprinkle more sweetener or cinnamon sugar on top).
  • 4. Bake for 7 minutes, or until edges brown slightly.
