  • 1 cup apple, slices (green and red work best)
  • 2 cups of pre-shredded coleslaw mix
  • 12 cup fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute

directions

  • slice the apples into match sticks and add it to the shredded coleslaw mix.
  • stir in the Greek yogurt and Splenda.
  • add water until it is the consistency you like.

  1. If you need a salad fast this is the one. When you see prep time of 5 minutes you can believe it. I only used a red apple but will add a granny smith the next time I make this.
