  • Preheat oven to 300.
  • Mix everything together in big bowl.
  • If it seems to dry, add more maple syrup.
  • Spread onto two sheet pans and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring every so often.
  • Let cool and enjoy!

  1. MMM! I didn't have sunflower or pumpkin seeds so I used a 1/2 cup of walnuts and almonds each. I also put a bit of nutmeg in it. Perfect flavor and texture without oil!
