  • Health Note: Mushroomsare a healthy way to boost your immune system and help lower your cholesterol.
  • It depends on the thickness of your hamburger patties as to how long they will cook.
  • Put Worcestershire Sauce on patties to taste.
  • Sprinkle on pepper and seasoning salt. Experiment and try some Cajun seasoning salt on your patty.
  • Add pepper.
  • Put mushrooms on. I cook mine 5-7 minutes on each side. Just enough to warm them up and get grill marks on them.
  • After you have patties almost ready, put ur slice of chees on pattiee (it's ok, you not eating the hamburger bun.
  • To spice it up some more, use Pepper Jack sliced cheese.
  • After chees had melted, remove patties and mushrooms.
  • Place mushroom on top of patty (with or without bun) and enjoy.
