- 1 (14 ounce) can chickpeas
- 200 g plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- paprika
directions
- Combine chick peas and half of the yoghurt in a food processor or blender with the garlic.
- Blend.
- Add more yoghurt and blend in lemon until the dip is a smooth consistency.
