- 1 1⁄2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1⁄4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄3 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 cup walnuts or 1⁄2 cup pecans, toasted
- 3⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and place in an 8x8 baking dish.
- Cook at 350 for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm with milk if desired.
