  • Combine all dry ingredients.
  • Mix oil, apple sauce, milk, apple juice and egg whites together.
  • Add wet to dry ingredients, and mix just until all combined.
  • Pour into muffin tins, greased with cooking spray.
  • Bake at 375°F.
