Healthy Oatmeal Craisin Waffles or Pancakes

"If you want a filling, healthy breakfast, then this is a great recipe. I love cinnamon, so if you're not a big fan, you might want to cut down the amount you put in. These waffles are a little hard to work with, but are well worth it! I think they're good enough to eat plain, but a little bit of butter on top is also good."

  • Combine all of the ingredients except the craisins.
  • Spoon the batter onto the griddle or waffle iron, and sprinkle however many cranberries you desire on top.
  • Bake like normal.
