Directions

  1. In dutch oven or large covered pot saute onions and minced garlic in olive oil (I use the minced garlic in the jar).
  2. Add ground beef and cook until done.
  3. Add green chilies and corn and season to taste.
  4. Spread uncooked egg noodles on meat mixture.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of noodles.
  6. Pour diced tomatoes and tomato sauce on top of noodles.
  7. Sprinkle with more seasonings.
  8. Turn stove to low and simmer for 1 hour or until noodles are cooked.
