ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta, any kind
- 2 cups broccoli, raw or lightly steamed
- 2 cups spinach, torn
- 1⁄2 cup black olives, whole or sliced
- 1 small cucumber, sliced
- 1⁄2 small onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
- 3⁄4 - 1 3/4-1 cup balsamic vinaigrette or 3/4-1 cup Italian salad dressing
directions
- prepare pasta.
- combine all ingredients into large bowl.
- add dressing.
- chill.
- enjoy.
