  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease an 8x8 baking pan.
  • Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Combine all wet ingredients in another bowl.
  • Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

  1. This was okay, not necessarily what I would consider a traditional brownie, more like a cocoa bar cookie. Flavour was pretty good, but they didn't have that gooey brownie texture. One positive, they weren't super-sweet like some other low-fat brownie recipes. Bottom line: decent low-fat treat, but definitely not a substitute for the "real thing".
