Heart Healthy Crustless Quiche

"This is a basic recipe that I use to put together a quick breakfast. It makes 6 servings so I freeze the left over slices and then microwave the extra servings throughout the week for a quick and healthy breakfast. Swap out the meat, veggies and cheese for variations."
