Considering the amount of sugar showing in the Nutrition Facts, I omitted the sweetener, but otherwise followed your recipe right on down, including the avocado, something I usually try to avoid!   3. I followed this recipe exactly, making enough for 5 servings for our breakfast this morning. It was all "mmmm's" around my table this morning. I really loved that this recipe didn't add any regular sugar, as I am a type 1 diabetic. Sometimes it's hard for me to find a smoothie that doesn't badly effect my blood sugar levels. It was delicious and I am sure that I will be making this often. Especially during the summer when we want something to cool down with. Thank you for a great smoothie Baking Girl!
