Directions

  1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Stir in chili seasoning mix, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes and water.
  4. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Add cooked macaroni and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Before serving, top with shredded cheddar cheese, if desired.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips or corn muffins.
