Hearty Muesli

"Several years ago, a naturopath gave me this recipe. It's worked really well as a full breakfast meal. If you don't like the Indian-style spices, you could reduce, replace, or eliminate the tumeric, fennel, and coriander. But personally, I like this recipe in part because it's nowhere near a normal sweet breakfast cereal."
