- 236.59 ml warm water (80 degrees F)
- 9.85 ml oil
- 44.37 ml honey
- 4.92 ml salt
- 14.79 ml dry milk
- 236.59 ml whole wheat flour
- 315.37 ml bread flour
- 118.29 ml walnuts
- 8.62 ml active dry yeast
directions
- .Place ingredients in the ABM in the order in which your manufacturer suggests.
- Cook on whole wheat program, on light for best results.

Such a tasty bread. Like someone already pointed out, the inside is quite light and airy. I set my ABM to the dough cycle and then finished baking in my oven, to have a traditional loaf. But I'd like to try this again and see how it does for dinner rolls. Thanks for sharing your recipe, JanuaryBride. Made for Spring 2012 Pick-A-Chef.

very nice bread..I've been experimenting w/ different vegan takes on ABM recipes and tried dry coconut milk powder in this one...was nice w/ the walnuts-oh used 1 cup of recipe#404288 also( my new fav. thing w/ bread recipes)...a very moist, slighly sweet bread->mr. free-free loved it toasted...Thanks for the recipe :)
