Ingredients Nutrition

  • 23 cup butter
  • 1 12 cups sugar (or Libby's Pumpkin Pie)
  • 3 eggs
  • 16 ounces pumpkin (Libby's Pumpkin Pie in a Can is 16oz Pumpkin + 1 Cup Sugar + Spices) or 16 ounces Libby's canned pumpkin (Libby's Pumpkin Pie in a Can is 16oz Pumpkin + 1 Cup Sugar + Spices)
  • 3 12 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon baking powder (if not using pumpkin pie mix)
  • 12 teaspoon clove (if not using pumpkin pie mix)
  • 12 teaspoon nutmeg (if not using pumpkin pie mix)
  • 12 teaspoon allspice (if not using pumpkin pie mix)
  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon (if not using pumpkin pie mix)

Directions

  1. Mix butter, sugar, and eggs and until fluffy.
  2. Stir pumpkin in to wet mixture.
  3. Combine dry ingredients.
  4. Stir dry ingredients into wet mixture.
  5. Pour into greased and floured baking dish.
  6. Bake at 325 until done (60 to 70 minutes for a big loaf, I always make smaller loafs that take less time).
