Directions

  1. Drain spinach well- set aside.
  2. Saute squash, onion, bell pepper in hot oil until tender.
  3. Stir together spinach, chicken, tortillas, cream of celery, sour cream, picante sauce, green chillis, fajita seasoning, cooked veggies and 1-1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
  4. Spoon into a lightly greased 13x9 baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 5 more minutes.
