  1. Brown the meat and onion, seasoning with salt, pepper and whatever spices you choose; drain the grease.
  2. Beat the eggs with the cream and cayenne & pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add the meat and cheese and mix well.
  4. Pour into a greased 9 1/2-10" pie plate.
  5. Bake at 400º 25-30 minutes until browned and it appears set.
  6. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting -- don't be afraid of adding a splash of hot sauce if the person enjoys some "kick" in their meal!
