  1. Combine crumbs, granulated sugar, and margarine; press onto bottom and sides of 9 or 10 inch pie plate.
  2. bake crust at 325 degrees for 10 mins.-let cool.
  3. Combine cream cheese,brown sugar, and vanilla mixing until well blended.
  4. Blend in 1/2 cup choc. chips, melted.
  5. fold in whipped cream; spoon into crust.
  6. chill several hours or overnight.
  7. 1/2 cup of margarine, corn syrup, and water; stir over low heat until smooth.
  8. arrange strawberries on top of pie; drizzle with choc. mixture.
  9. Chill.
