  1. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  2. Add sugar and cream of tartar.
  3. Spread mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  5. Let cool completely.
  6. Spread pineapple into cooled crust.
  7. Mix whipping cream and powdred sugar.
  8. Spread over pineapple.
  9. Sprinkle with nuts, to taste. (optional).
  10. Chill.
