  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, chilled,undrained
  • 1 medium banana, cut up
  • 34 cup skim milk
  • 12 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons pina colada nonalcoholic drink mix, chilled (bottled or canned)
  • ice cube

  • In a blender, combine the undrained pineapple, banana, milk, orange juice, and piña colada mix.
  • Cover and blend until nearly smooth.
  • Serve over ice.
