  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Combine tuna with the olives, onion, pepper and cheese. Add only enough mayonnaise to hold the mixture together.
  3. Form patties and bake these on a foil-lined baking sheet in pre-heated oven until heated through, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. Serve on toasted English muffins with a slice of ripe tomato.
