  1. These were yummy, and so cute! The kids really enjoyed them. I have a similar recipe called porcupine meatballs. The taste of the tomato soup, worcestershire, and rice is a very good combination! Would make these again!

  2. This was one of THE easiest recipes I have made, and what's better yet...They are delicious. Abby is so picky when it comes to meat, but she gobbled these up and asked for more. Hubby loved them too. I served these with garlic sour cream mashed potatoes and let me just say we were all in Heaven. Thanks mox.

  3. Thank you - your great suggestions for kid friendly meals was appreciated. This was very good - the youngsters were impressed with the prickly spikes poking up from the hedgehogs - but your recipe#130868 was the winner hands down! Will definetley be making this again but for the younger set will go with a teaspoon of the Worcestershire next time around. The spikes really impress the little ones so it's a good one when needing something special for the little ones. Thank you for sharing.

  4. Sorry, we just didn't like these. They were easier to handle then making meatballs though, which is how this type of recipe is often presented.

  5. these were good, quick, and easy. Next time, I'll add some garlic and spices to the ground beef. Served with Bethany's Toasted Onion Mashed Potatoes. Nice meal! Comfort food!
