  • Mix all ingredients and divide to stuff peppers. Top with some extra 57 sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

  1. Delicious recipe! I had some ground turkey that I used in place of the beef and I also had some lefted over Recipe#236938 that I replaced regular rice with. Turned out wonderful. I did bake it alittle longer to make sure the meat was done inside the peppers ( 1hr and 15min) Thanks for sharing the recipe!
     
  2. Totally yummy! I used a mix of beef and sausage, no rice(serving Fried Rice) and mixed the steak sauce and ketchup for the topping. Sprinked with Cheddar cheese to serve. DELISH!
