- 2 lbs Velveeta cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- almonds (optional)
directions
- Combine cheeses at room temperature with electric mixer.
- Add garlic salt and chili powder.
- Mix in pecans.
- Makes into one large cheese ball or three smaller ones.
