Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup butter
  • 2 cups vanilla wafers, Crushed
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup salted macadamia nut, Chopped
  • 14 cup dried pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 3 teaspoons rum flavoring
  • 1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk or 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a 13 x 9 inch oblong baking pan.
  2. Sprinkle the crumbs evenly over the butter to form the crust.
  3. Evenly distribute in the order listed, the next ingredients (except for the milk), over the crust.
  4. Remove the entire top of the can of condensed milk, and gently stir in the rum flavoring.
  5. Drizzle the milk over the top of the last layer (coconut).
  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  7. Cool before cutting into squares.
