- 2 scoops protein powder
- 2 scoops hemp seeds
- 8 ounces water
- 1 ripe banana
- 1⁄2 1/2 cup blueberries or 1/2 cup peach
- 1 tablespoon powdered wheat grass
- 1 dash vanilla
directions
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend till smooth. Drink up!

All those healthy ingredients. WOW! I wasn't sure how much a scoop was, so I used 1/2 tablespoon of protein powder (as 2 scoops) but I'll happily increase the quantity next time if this is less than was intended. I am still hunting for hemp seeds but hope to find some before making this again. I rather splurged on the berries and made my Goddess Supreme with a cup of mixed berries (half raspberries and half blackberries). Y-u-m-m-y! Thanks for sharing another wonderful recipe!
