Hemp Goddess Supreme

"A healthy on the run breakfast a great start your day energy drink.Found on line and tweeked.I was asked if this would give a postive result for a drug test so after inquiring I recieved this Dear Rita, People are still legitimately concerned & confused about hemp seed & triggering a positive for medicinal/recreational cannabis. If you are getting & using legitimate industrial hemp seed you should rest assured that if folks do test positive it's not from the seed used in your recipes. The processors & manufacturers are a lot more upto date with strict testing & standards to assure consumers they can enjoy hemp foods without worries about drug testing. 1. This was wonderful, creamy and rich. I used sour cherries and no wheat grass but added a teaspoon grape seed powder instead. Will definitely make this again often! Thanks for posting!!

  2. I have a variation of this recipe that I have every morning - & I have so much energy! Instead of water, I use soy milk & no banana. You can purchase hemp seeds (aka "hemp hearts")online at a variety of sources, or at a healthfood store. Everyone should try this!

  3. All those healthy ingredients. WOW! I wasn't sure how much a scoop was, so I used 1/2 tablespoon of protein powder (as 2 scoops) but I'll happily increase the quantity next time if this is less than was intended. I am still hunting for hemp seeds but hope to find some before making this again. I rather splurged on the berries and made my Goddess Supreme with a cup of mixed berries (half raspberries and half blackberries). Y-u-m-m-y! Thanks for sharing another wonderful recipe!
